This website offers no account creation and no advertising tracking. The only personal data collected is submitted through the contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name (optional)
• Content of the message

This information is provided voluntarily when you contact us and is used solely to answer your request.

3. Legal basis and purpose

The processing of this data is based on ILS Consulting's legitimate interest in answering the requests addressed to it and, where applicable, on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (preparing a quote or a commercial proposal).

4. Recipients of the data

Messages received through the contact form are read only by Idir Gaci, the sole point of contact at ILS Consulting. No data is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

The notification email associated with your message is routed through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), an email delivery provider located in the European Union, acting as a technical processor within the meaning of the GDPR.

5. Retention period

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of 3 years from the last exchange, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority) on commercial prospecting.

6. Hosting and security

This website and the associated data are hosted in France, on infrastructure under the exclusive control of ILS Consulting. Communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS).

7. Cookies

This website uses no audience-measurement, advertising or tracking cookies. Only one technical cookie, strictly necessary for the site to work (contact form security), is set; it is not used commercially and does not require consent under the applicable regulations.

The fonts used on the site are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which may result in your IP address being transmitted to Google when a page loads.
